The user has a right to access, modify, rectify, and delete data concerning them. To exercise this right, the Client must send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Modification données personnelles" (Personal data modification). The Client can also modify their personal details from their client area by logging in with their email address and password.
All personal information we collect is strictly necessary for order processing, delivery, and invoicing. Your account information is therefore only used within the scope of your commercial relationship with the Site. Any missing information will result in the automatic refusal of the order. The personal information collected on the Site is processed by the Company for customer relationship management and prospecting purposes. This information is only transmitted to companies that contribute to the management, execution, and processing of orders.

Finally, your banking information is never in our possession. Transactions are entirely processed by our payment platform Stripe, Scalapay, or PayPal.
If the Client has previously agreed, they may receive marketing emails (newsletters) or SMS or WhatsApp messages, which they can unsubscribe from by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email received or SMS received or WhatsApp message received. The Client may receive promotional emails and SMS or WhatsApp messages including: the launch of new items, promotions, personalized selections of items, brand information, invitations to events.
The website uses cookies to keep track of items you put into your shopping cart, including when you have abandoned your cart, and this information may be used to send you cart reminder emails or SMS or Whatsapp messages if you have authorized their sending.
All personal information is stored by the Site's host, whose contact details are available on the Site under the heading "Mentions Légales" (Legal Notice).
Under no circumstances will the Company ask for confirmation of account details or credit card details by email. If the Client receives an email purportedly sent by the Company asking for such information, they should not respond to it.
