Track my parcel
Thank you for your order. To track your package, please log in to your account using your email address and password. Then, simply go to the "My Orders" tab, find the relevant order, and click on "Delivery Tracking." Please note that as soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
Return my order
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your package to inform us of your wish to return your items.
Two possible options :
- Your order will be refunded (a flat fee of €4.90 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs).
- Exchange of your items (free service).
- Having it (free service).
