• What kind of items can I sell? And in what condition?

  Our second-hand partner, PARADIGME, accepts all types of Petite Mendigote wardrobe items: clothing, bags, shoes, whether they are:
  - New with tags
  - New without tags
  - Very good condition
  - Or Good condition
  
  The value of the generated voucher will be calculated based on the type of product sold and its condition.

• How to sell an item?

  1- Fill in the information regarding the items you wish to return (condition, size, etc.) via a form by clicking here.

  2- Receive an estimate of your voucher immediately after completing the form.
  
  3- If you accept our offer, simply drop off your package at the Post Office using our prepaid return label.
  
  4- If the item matches the information provided, you will receive a voucher valid on our e-shop.
  
  5- The returned item will then be put back on sale and available in the "Shop" section for it to find a second home.

• What happens to the item once it's sent?

  After receiving your item, Paradigme will photograph it and upload it to their sales platform https://paradigme.fr/ to give it a second life by finding it a new owner.

• How to use a gift voucher after selling an item

  Following the sale of one of your second-hand items, Paradigme, our partner, will validate its receipt and compliance.
  Once this verification is complete, Paradigme will contact you to provide you with the voucher, valid on the website https://petitemendigote.com/ for a period of 6 months after the creation of the voucher.
  To use it, simply enter the voucher code when placing your order on our e-shop at the payment step.

• I'm buying second-hand: can I return the item if it doesn't suit me?

  You have a right of withdrawal which you can exercise within fourteen days following the date of receipt or collection of the order.
  
  Upon receipt of the return, PARADIGME undertakes without delay to inspect the returned Products and to confirm acceptance of the return. Acceptance of the return constitutes agreement for a refund. You will therefore be refunded by PARADIGME. The return of items will be charged to the Customer at €5.90 (value of delivery costs). These costs will be directly deducted from the refund by PARADIGME.

• What happens if my article is not eligible?

  If the information is not compliant during the check by the Paradigme teams, the voucher may be re-evaluated or cancelled.

• I need help buying or selling a pre-owned PM item.
